Bruce Hill has been practicing appraisals since 1970. When Licensing came along in 1991, Bruce was one of the first 250 appraisers licensed in Georgia. He chartered Appraisal Services of Georgia in 1984. With over 35 years in appraising; Bruce has a grasp of both appraisal theory and practice. Bruce is also a Licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker No. 054692 and has held an active Real Estate License since 1976. Bruce also serves on the City Council, Finance Committee and as Chairman of the Law Enforcement & Public Safety Committee. He is Usher Chairman and Assistant Sunday School Director for his church. Dan Rhyne
is a Georgia Licensed Appraiser No. 006661. Dan graduated from the
University of Georgia in 1949 with a BS in Agriculture. In 1992,
Dan became an active Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, living and
practicing in the Americus (Sumter County) area. Dan is also a member
and director of the Americus Board of Realtors. In 1994, Dan completed
the required appraisal classes and activated his appraiser license
in 1995. Dan is a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, Veteran of World
War II and member of the Kiwanis Club. E&O

William R. Harris
is a Georgia Licensed Appraiser No. 4245. Bill began his appraisal
career in 1959, part-time. In 1993, Bill made real estate appraisal
his full time profession. Bill served in the U. S. Air Force from
1954 - 1959. Bill has attended numerous appraisal courses including:
Home Inspection, Review Appraisal; FHA Appraisal Training Seminar,
as well as others. Bill lives in Dublin, Ga. (Laurens County) and
typically practices in Laurens, Dodge, and Telfair counties, but will

Jason D. White
is a Georgia Licensed Appraiser No. 213455. Jason attended Columbus
Technical College 1986-1988. Jason has extensive experience in the
mortgage origination process, underwriting, training subordinates,
in-house and fee appraisals. Originally licensed in 1999, Jason has
actively been fee appraising in the Columbus, (Muscogee County) Georgia
market for over 5 years. Jason lives in Cataula, Ga. (Harris County)
and covers over 6 counties in Georgia. Jason is also a licensed real
estate appraiser in the State of Alabama. E&O
